Thank you for shopping at HAVEN OUTERS! We do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–12 business days. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Optional: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50!
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
International Shipping
We currently offer worldwide shipping. International delivery times vary depending on the destination but typically take 10–20 business days.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. HAVEN OUTERS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
